Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing electrical works from design coordination through installation testing commissioning and project handover. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to contribute to major construction projects and grow within a dynamic and professional organization.

Responsibilities

• Design develop and review electrical systems and installations in accordance with project specifications client requirements and applicable standards.
• Prepare review and approve technical drawings shop drawings as-built drawings load schedules and electrical documentation using AutoCAD and other engineering software.
• Coordinate with clients consultants contractors and authorities to obtain approvals and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections technical assessments and feasibility studies for new and ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 35 years of experience in MEP Construction MEP Fit-Out or Building Services projects within the UAE.
• Must be an approved ADQCC Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority requirements including ADQCC TAQA ADDC Civil Defence and other relevant regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Microsoft Office and electrical design software such as ETAP or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of power distribution systems lighting systems emergency systems ELV systems and control systems.
• Experience in project execution testing and commissioning and authority inspections.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and project management skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• UAE driving license will be considered an advantage.
