Job summary

Lucy Electric is seeking a Sales Engineer based in Dubai to support the Area Sales Manager in managing assigned territories and customers. The role covers day-to-day sales support, opportunity tracking, customer engagement, and coordination across Tendering, Product Management, Engineering and Operations to prepare quotations.

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years in MV distribution sales, fluency in English, and a UAE driving license, with Arabic preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline as a minimum.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Arabic language skills preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• 3–5 years of experience in medium-voltage electrical distribution equipment sales or related functions.
• Experience dealing with utilities, contractors, consultants, EPC contractors, and industrial customers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support ASM with day-to-day sales activities and coordination.
• Develop and manage sales pipeline and customer engagements.
• Coordinate with Tendering, Product Management, Engineering and Operations for quotations.
• Provide technical clarifications and document requirements during bidding.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline information accurately and on time.
