Job summary

DC Consultants is seeking a Sales Engineer in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, to drive new business in LV switchgear and MES solutions. You will manage strategic customer relationships, promoting LV distribution products and related panels, while coordinating with internal teams to craft competitive proposals.

The role requires 3–8 years in technical sales, strong communication, and travel across the UAE. English proficiency is mandatory; additional regional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–8 years of relevant experience in technical sales or business development within LV switchgear or related electrical products.
• Strong understanding of LV switchgear and electrical distribution systems.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE; UAE driving licence preferred.
• Professional English communication; regional language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities across UAE and regional markets.
• Build relationships with consultants, EPCs, utilities, OEMs and end users.
• Promote MES solutions including panels and control equipment.
• Coordinate with estimation, engineering and project teams to prepare proposals.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts using CRM.
• Achieve order intake, revenue and margin targets.
• Represent MES at meetings, workshops and industry events.
