Job summary

Exergy, an established engineering and industrial services business in the UAE, is seeking a Sales Director – Maintenance / Asset Integrity to lead strategic account development with ADNOC and its operating companies.

You will drive growth through long-term service agreements across onshore and offshore assets, coordinating with procurement and engineering teams and guiding tendering and negotiations with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A strong existing network across ADNOC and its operating companies.
• Proven track record in business development, strategic account management or commercial leadership within the UAE oil and gas sector.
• Experience winning maintenance, industrial services, refurbishment, asset integrity or related engineered-services contracts.
• A good understanding of ADNOC procurement processes, tendering routes and vendor approvals.
• Commercial ability to develop long‑term customer partnerships and convert opportunities into revenue growth.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
• Arabic language skills would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Developing and strengthening senior-level relationships across ADNOC and its operating companies.
• Identifying and securing maintenance, refurbishment, fabrication and asset integrity opportunities across onshore and offshore assets.
• Growing the business through long‑term service agreements, call‑off contracts and framework agreements.

• Leading vendor prequalification, tendering and commercial engagement processes.

Exergy are currently partnering with an established engineering and industrial services business in the UAE to appoint a Sales Director – Maintenance / Asset Integrity.

The business has a long-standing presence supporting major oil and gas operators across the UAE, delivering engineered solutions spanning offshore and onshore accommodation, modular infrastructure, fabrication, maintenance, refurbishment and electromechanical services.

With a strong operational and engineering platform already in place, the focus is now on expanding key customer relationships, increasing market share and securing long-term, recurring service contracts.

This is a senior commercial role focused on developing strategic relationships across ADNOC and its operating companies, identifying new opportunities and driving growth across a diverse portfolio of industrial services.
