Job summary

Construction Sales in Abu Dhabi is seeking a proactive outbound sales professional to perform daily cold calls, introduce our services, and qualify prospects. You will generate new leads, manage the sales pipeline, and aim to meet daily and monthly calling targets.

Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound cold calls to potential customers
• Generate new leads through cold calling and outbound outreach
• Introduce the company and its services to prospective customers
• Understand the basic requirements of prospects
• Identify interested and potential customers
• Follow up with leads through calls WhatsApp and email
• Maintain accurate records of leads calls and follow-ups
• Update the sales pipeline regularly
• Meet daily and monthly calling targets
• Consistently engage with prospects and generate sales opportunities
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and comfortable speaking with new customers over the phone
• Experience in real estate sales and cold calling is preferred
• Comfortable with outbound calling and lead generation
• Good persuasion and communication skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Persistent and comfortable with regular follow-ups
• Able to handle rejection and maintain a professional approach
• Previous experience in sales, real estate, or telecalling is an added advantage
