Job summary

RAK Ceramics invites a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the UAE Sales - Dubai Projects team. You will help prepare offers, proforma invoices and submittals, maintain records, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of sales activities.

You will liaise with Sales Executives and Managers, manage orders, price requests, samples, and documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or sales administration.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, SAP ERP and/or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team in preparing offers, invoices and technical submittals.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of quotations and orders.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing.
• Handle orders, price requests, samples, and documentation with care.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.
