Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role begins with full ownership of sales coordination and order management, progressively expanding into front‑line sales responsibilities, customer engagement, and project‑based selling.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer‑centric, and capable of managing complex project sales cycles while ensuring flawless coordination across internal and external stakeholders. Arabic fluency is mandatory, and experience in project‑based sales is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination & Order Management

• Sales order processing — Manage the complete order cycle, including accurate SAP entry and timely processing.
• Purchase order validation — Review customer POs against approved quotations; verify commercial and technical details.
• Order approvals — Coordinate with Sales Manager and Sales Engineers to secure approvals and issue order acknowledgements.
• Customer records — Maintain accurate customer files and monitor order status from receipt to delivery.
• Cross‑functional coordination — Liaise with factories, logistics, freight forwarders, and project teams to ensure timely production and shipment.
• Shipping & documentation — Arrange shipments, obtain competitive freight quotations, and ensure complete documentation.
• Finance coordination — Support invoicing and monitor customer accounts on credit hold.
• Order tracking — Track open orders, backorders, and delivery schedules; elevate delays proactively.
• Sales reporting — Prepare delivery performance reports, backorder updates, rolling forecasts, NCRs, and customer complaint summaries.

Progressive Sales Responsibilities

• Project sales engagement — Support and gradually lead sales activities for project‑based customers in construction and architectural sectors.
• Customer relationship building — Engage with clients, consultants, and contractors to understand project requirements and propose MW solutions.
• Sales pipeline development — Assist in developing and maintaining a healthy pipeline, contributing to revenue growth.
• Order Book ownership — Maintain an accurate and up‑to‑date Order Book to support sales forecasting and planning.
• Continuous improvement — Collaborate with internal teams to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sales performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Service, or Order Management.
• Mandatory: English and Arabic speaker.
• Required: Experience in project sales (construction, architectural solutions, access solutions, manufacturing, or industrial sectors).
• Strong SAP ERP knowledge.
