You will streamline sales operations, prepare quotations and proposals, manage client communications, and coordinate with technical and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and installation.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales coordination, fluent English and Hindi, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong MS Office skills; GCC/MENA experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales coordination, preferably in machinery or jewelry sectors.
• Fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree required; GCC/MENA experience is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office; CRM or ERP experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and oversee order flow.
• Draft product specs and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Maintain records of communications, orders, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with technical and logistics teams for delivery and installation.
• Generate reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
• Keep CRM up to date with sales activity and client data.
• Assist with bids, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate pricing, delivery timelines, and inventory with procurement.
• Respond to basic product questions and route complex requests.
• Support demos, trade shows, and client site visits.
