Job summary

GAC Group in Dubai is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support freight forwarding activities across air, sea, and land services. You will engage with customers, manage quotes, and assist in sales processes to deliver seamless logistics solutions.

The role requires a university degree, 3–4 years in a similar role with UAE experience, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and excellent English. Driving license preferred.

• Respond to customer calls that require information on services, pricing and product details.
• Prepare and send quotes promptly for inquiries (rate inquiries, RFOs).
• Maintain up-to-date cost and rate files and quotation records.
• Enter correct customer booking information on GAC Sales and maintain record (MS Excel) of all inquiries.
• Maintain and update quality service manuals for the department.
• Maintain electronic information database 'GAC Sales' for prospects and current customers within territory.
• Promote self-development and enhance market and competitor knowledge.

What would your day at GAC look like?

• Respond to customer calls that require information on GAC services, such as pricing and product information


• Prepare and send quotes promptly for all customer and partner inquiries, such as rate inquiries and RFOs


• Maintain up-to-date cost and rate files and electronic files of quotation made


• Enter correct customer booking information on GAC Sales and maintain record (MS Excel) of all inquiries


• Maintain and update quality service manuals for the department


• Maintain electronic information database 'GAC Sales' for prospects and current customers within territory


• Promote self-development and enhance market and competitor knowledge

What are we looking for?

• Graduate, university degree


• Preferably with UAE Driving License


• High level of industry knowledge and confidence in communicating with clients and influencing their decisions.


• Excellent English communication


• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new software quickly.


• Minimum 3 - 4 years' experience in a similar role with 1-2 years UAE experience
