Role Description

The Sales Coordinator role at YES Machinery is a full-time, on-site position based in Sharjah. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing inquiries, preparing quotations, updating sales reports, and coordinating follow-ups with existing and potential customers. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales systems, scheduling meetings and product demonstrations, and coordinating with the service and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and installation. The role also involves handling customer communication, managing order documentation, and providing administrative support to streamline sales processes and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills to manage quotations, orders, and internal processes efficiently.
• Candidates should possess effective Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, support clients, and maintain professional relationships.
• Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills to assist in lead management, follow-ups, and basic sales activities.
• Proficiency with CRM or sales management software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is beneficial.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and time management skills are required.
• Experience in industrial equipment or machinery markets within the GCC region is an advantage.
• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
