Job summary

NH Collection Dubai Ibn Battuta, part of Oaks Hotels, invites applications for a Sales Coordinator to manage incoming event inquiries and convert them into bookings. You will handle client communications, prepare proposals, conduct site visits, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure flawless event execution.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel sales, sales coordination or administrative experience within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, positive and team-oriented attitude.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with hotel systems or CRM platforms would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and coordination support to the Sales team.
• Prepare quotations, contracts, proposals and sales reports.
• Handle client enquiries and follow up on business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of client requests.
• Maintain accurate client, account and sales records.
• Support sales calls, site inspections, events and other commercial activities.
