To strengthen our Sales Department, we are seeking a Sales Coordinator based in Dubai. This role will support the Director of Sales in managing leads, handling departmental administration, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations that drive overall business efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to the Sales Department in day-to-day activities and departmental coordination.
  • Manage and track incoming leads, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation in CRM systems.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist with client communication and ensure excellent service across all touchpoints.
  • Handle administrative tasks for the Sales Department, including contract preparation, database management, and filing.
  • Support the wider sales team in achieving targets by ensuring seamless processes and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative or sales support role (experience in entertainment, events, or hospitality is a plus).
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset.
