Job summary

Al Nasiya General Contracting in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to lead coordination across mechanical, electrical and plumbing works on large-scale buildings. You will review drawings, manage BIM workflows, and collaborate with design teams, consultants, subcontractors and clients to resolve site coordination issues and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Experience with BIM tools and workflows for MEP coordination.
• Knowledge of Plumbing and Building Services for complex projects.
• Ability to monitor MEP execution and ensure project requirements.
• Experience on large-scale building or infrastructure projects (healthcare/education/government preferred).
• Familiarity with local and international codes and safety standards.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Daily responsibilities include reviewing drawings coordinating with design teams and subcontractors resolving technical conflicts and maintaining updated MEP documentation The role involves attending site meetings monitoring installation progress verifying quality and compliance and supporting project managers with planning and reporting The MEP Coordinator will also collaborate closely with other disciplines to optimize building services integration and support timely project delivery

Requirements

• Candidates should possess strong skills in MEP Coordination and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing MEP systems
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge in Plumbing and Building Services for complex construction projects
• Candidates should possess experience with Building Information Modeling BIM tools and workflows for MEP coordination
• Relevant technical degree or diploma in Mechanical Electrical or Building Services Engineering or a closely related field
• Monitor and manage the execution of MEP works in accordance with project requirements
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and project schedules
• Collaborate with project teams consultants subcontractors and clients to resolve site coordination issues
• Experience working on large-scale building or infrastructure projects preferably in healthcare education or government sectors
• Familiarity with local and international building codes safety regulations and quality standards
• Strong communication coordination and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Currently based in UAE
• With valid Driving License
