Zusammenfassung

Kreative Homes in Dubai seeks an energetic Sales Executive to drive client acquisition and project partnerships in interior fit-out and construction markets. You will meet clients on site and at our office, present services, prepare quotes with the estimation team, and negotiate terms to close deals.

You will work with homeowners, brokers, designers and developers, own the process from first meeting to signed contract, visit sites across Dubai, and report weekly on leads and wins.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of sales experience in interior fit out, construction, real estate or similar.
• Proven record of closing deals in the UAE.
• Skills in Canva, CapCut or Adobe tools.
• Strong written and spoken English. Arabic, Hindi or Urdu is a plus.
• UAE driving license and own car.
• Willingness to visit sites and attend meetings across Dubai.

Aufgaben

• Meet clients on site and at our office.
• Present our services and explain our process.
• Prepare quotes with our estimation team and negotiate terms.
• Close deals and hand projects to the project manager.
• Meet companies and brokers to build referral and project partnerships.
• Follow up every lead within 24 hours.
• Design content for Instagram LinkedIn and our website. This includes project photos reels posts and presentations.
• Report on leads meetings and closed deals each week. You sell our services, create our marketing content and build partnerships.
• You work with homeowners, brokers, designers and developers.
• You own the process from first meeting to signed contract.
