Job summary

Vrindora International Reality LLC in Dubai is seeking a confident Real Estate Sales Creative Content Executive who can blend property sales with digital content creation and social media marketing. You will engage clients, follow up on leads, and craft engaging property content for videos and posts.

Qualifications

• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in real estate, sales, digital marketing and content creation.
• Basic experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar.
• Ability to create attractive social media posts and short videos.
• Confidence in speaking on camera and interacting with clients.
• Organised approach to lead follow-ups, deadlines and content scheduling.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• UAE real estate experience and knowledge of Dubai property markets will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Respond to property enquiries and follow up with prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and share suitable property options.
• Coordinate property viewings, meetings and client follow-ups.
• Maintain lead records and update sales activity reports.
• Support lead generation qualification and conversion.
• Build professional relationships with clients and maintain timely communication.
• Create and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Shoot and edit property reels, short-form videos, walkthroughs and promotional videos.
• Design social media creatives, promotional posters, banners and email marketing materials.
• Develop content ideas, captions, scripts and posting calendars.
• Assist with property showcases, campaign promotions and brand-building activities.
• Appear on camera for property videos or promotional content when required.
• Monitor engagement and suggest improvements based on content performance.
