Enclave Dubai, a Dubai-based real estate brokerage, is seeking a results-driven Off Plan Sales Specialist with UAE real estate experience. You will leverage deep knowledge of Dubai's off-plan market to convert investment enquiries into transactions.

The role offers 50%–70% commission with fresh leads and dedicated support, plus visa and health insurance, ongoing training, and access to career development opportunities.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan market, including developers, projects, payment plans and current market trends.
• Experience presenting off-plan projects and handling property investment enquiries.
• Demonstrated sales performance and the ability to convert leads into clients.
• Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Job Description:

Enclave Dubai is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage specialising in residential and commercial property across Dubai’s off-plan and secondary markets. Combining 7+ years of Dubai market experience with RERA-certified expertise, strong developer relationships and market intelligence, we provide agents with practical sales and marketing support to help them build their business.

We are looking for a results-driven Off Plan Sales Specialist with UAE real estate experience, strong knowledge of Dubai developers and projects, and a demonstrable ability to convert investment enquiries into successful transactions.

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience. Candidates from luxury sales may be considered with a strong, demonstrable sales record.
• Strong knowledge of Dubais off-plan market, including developers, projects, payment plans and current market trends.
• Experience presenting off-plan projects and handling property investment enquiries.
• Demonstrated sales performance and the ability to convert leads into clients.
• Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Self-motivated, commercially focused and able to work independently.
