Job summary

AMS International in Abu Dhabi is seeking a retail sales associate to understand customer needs, advise on product ranges, and achieve sales targets with upselling and cross-selling techniques. You will maintain customer relationships and assist with promotions and stock replenishment.

You will ensure clean and appealing visual displays, implement CRM at the store level, coordinate with Customer Care for after-sales service, and generate daily sales reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail/aviation/hospitality.
• Thorough knowledge of feature and benefits of products and brands in the store.
• Understanding of competing brands and prices.
• Well aware of internal procedures, processes and systems.
• Good selling and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication (including spoken and written English).
