Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager to support daily operations, drive commercial performance and deliver an exceptional client experience aligned with the Maison’s standards of excellence.

You will lead a high-performing team, coach staff, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with the Boutique Manager on workforce planning while ensuring top-tier service and operational efficiency. A genuine passion for luxury and client relationships is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Boutique Manager in driving sales and achieving boutique objectives through effective commercial strategies.
• Monitor and analyze boutique KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee daily boutique operations ensuring efficiency and compliance with Maison policies.
• Lead, motivate and coach the boutique team to foster a high-performance culture.
• Deliver exceptional and personalized client experiences and build long-term client relationships.
• Develop and implement clienteling initiatives to enhance engagement and growth.
• Collaborate on workforce planning and talent development with the Boutique Manager.
• Ensure stock management, inventory control and merchandising standards.
• Help manage boutique budgets, resources and profitability.
• Act as a role model for the Maison's values and foster a positive working environment.
• Take ownership of operations during Boutique Manager’s absence.

As our Assistant Boutique Manager, you will support the Boutique Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the boutique, driving commercial performance and ensuring an exceptional client experience in line with the Maison’s standards of excellence.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Boutique Manager in driving sales performance and achieving boutique objectives through effective commercial strategies and action plans.
• Monitoring and analyzing boutique KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions when required.
• Overseeing daily boutique operations, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with the Maison’s policies and procedures.
• Leading, motivating and coaching the boutique team to foster a high-performance culture and support individual development.
• Ensuring the delivery of an exceptional and personalized client experience, building long-term relationships and strengthening client loyalty.
• Supporting the development and implementation of clienteling initiatives to enhance client engagement and drive business growth.
• Collaborating closely with the Boutique Manager on workforce planning, team performance management and talent development.
• Ensuring effective stock management, inventory control and merchandising standards in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Supporting the management of boutique budgets, operational resources and overall profitability.
• Acting as a role model for the Maison’s values, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
• Taking ownership of boutique operations in the absence of the Boutique Manager, ensuring business continuity and operational excellence.
