Prypco is seeking a Sales Assistant Telesales Agent to join its Fractional team in Dubai. The role entails speaking with interested prospects, explaining how the platform works in simple terms, and turning interest into their first investment.

You will handle inbound inquiries, follow up on leads, onboard clients, perform KYC checks, and keep CRM records up to date. The position demands a high pace and a proactive, positive attitude.

Qualifications

• 2 years in telesales or call-center environment
• Organized and disciplined in a high pace, high volume environment
• Fluent in Arabic and English; comfortable discussing money and investment topics
• Persuasive mindset with resilience to hearing rejection
• Comfortable with CRM tools (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Calling sign-up leads and following up on inbound/outbound lists at pace
• Explaining the product and guiding prospects through fractional property investment
• Onboarding and KYC verification and knowing when to loop in a senior colleague
• Closing: guiding prospects from interested to signed up and KYC verified
• Logging all activities in the CRM so visibility remains clear
• Following up with leads to nudge or provide more information
• Hit monthly targets on calls and conversions and take ownership of them

About the role We re looking for a Sales Assistant Telesales Agent to join the Prypco Fractional team Prypco lets people invest in Dubai real estate starting from small amounts fully online and regulated The Sales Assistant s role is to speak over the phone with people who ve shown interest explain how the platform works in simple language and turn that interest into their first investment We re looking for someone who is sharp patient and genuinely good on the phone

What you ll be doing

• Calling Sign up leads - Following up on inbound interest and outbound lists at the pace targets demand
• Explaining the product - Walking prospects through how fractional property investment works answering their questions honestly
• Onboarding and KYC verification and knowing when to loop in someone senior
• Closing - Guiding people from interested to signed up and KYC verified
• Logging everything - keeping the CRM up to date so nothing falls through the cracks and the team can see where every lead stands
• Following up - Staying on top of people who need a nudge a reminder or more information before they commit
• Hitting your numbers - You ll have monthly targets on calls conversions and we ll expect you to own them

What we re looking for

• 1-2 years in Telesales call-center or phone-based sales Real Estate or Fintech experience is a strong plus but not required
• Organized and Disciplined - This is a high pace high volume environment
• Fluent Arabic and EnglishComfortable talking about money and investment products as well as collecting supporting documentation
• Persuasive - you ll hear no a lot more than yes and that shouldn t throw you off
• Comfortable with CRM tools we ll train you on ours
