Job summary

Tazzetti S.p.A. in Dubai seeks a Sales Area Manager to grow business across the Tazzetti brand portfolio with distributors, installers and national accounts.

You will train customers, expand market presence, and cultivate key relationships while traveling up to 80% to meet client needs. The role requires a graduate degree with about 3 years of related experience, strong negotiation and Excel skills, and experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or AX.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree with around 3 years of related work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of business development experience managing large enterprise accounts.
• Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications including AX or Salesforce.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 80%.
• A valid UAE driver's license and a valid passport; willingness to travel internationally.
• Strong work ethic, good appearance, and professional demeanor for growth roles.
• Highly developed negotiation skills and ability to drive growth.

The primary responsibility of the sales area Manager is to develop business for product categories within the Tazzetti brand portfolio via sales and marketing efforts with customers in local territories.

Customers at the local level will include warehouse distributors, installers, national accounts and retail parts stores.

This position will have also be uncharged for training customers on high quality products, amplifies awareness and strengthens image of the company and its products and services by identifying and cultivating influential relationships with key specifying accounts, general contractors and key customers and within sales

Preferred knowledge/skills, education, and experience:

• We welcome candidates coming from technical sector as well industrial gases, fluid dynamics sector, conditioning and refrigeration components and compressed air sector.
• Graduate degree and approximately 3 years of related work experience;
• Business development experience Minimum 1 year managing large enterprise accounts;
• Technical or related industry experience preferred;
• Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications including AX, or Salesforce;
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills are required especially in Excel;
• Technical, product and service application and oral and written communication skills essential;
• A willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 80%;
• A valid driver's license in the UAE and a valid passport required; willingness and ability to travel internationally;
• A strong work ethic and a good looking are required in a business consolidation and development role by meeting with customers;
• Highly developed negotiation skills and the ability to acquire business to drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage;
