RTC-1 Employment Services represents a leading UAE-based client in the insurance brokerage sector. The Sales & Marketing Executive will identify and develop corporate clients, promote insurance offerings, and drive revenue growth in a B2B environment.

You will build relationships with decision-makers, conduct meetings, prepare proposals, and negotiate terms. Strong Arabic communication and English proficiency are essential, with UAE market experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Female candidate with strong Arabic communication skills and good English proficiency.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in corporate/B2B sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, networking, and client relationship management skills.
• UAE market experience is preferred; insurance or financial services experience is an advantage
