Job summary

Tanqeeb in the UAE is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator with exposure to Vehicle Rental and Commercial Truck sectors. You will coordinate sales, handle invoicing, and manage lease documentation to ensure smooth operations between sales, clients and the workshop.

The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP/CRM tools. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in Sales Administration, invoicing or coordination in UAE vehicle sector.
• Strong understanding of vehicle rental/lease invoicing processes.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Process quotations, prepare customer agreements and rental contracts.
• Generate invoices for short-term rentals and leases.
• Manage lease/rental documentation and vehicle handovers per UAE rules.
• Track payments, follow up on invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain daily/weekly sales trackers and client databases.
