Job summary

Remotedxb in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead end-to-end management for feature launches within a SaaS environment. You will own the launch board, establish cadence, and design change management for internal teams and customers.

You will define success metrics, monitor post-launch performance, and build feedback loops to drive data-driven improvements, while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and mitigating risks throughout the launch

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience in a SaaS or technology GTM environment.
• Demonstrated ownership of change management for internal teams and external customers.
• Strong analytical orientation with ability to define and define success metrics.
• Proven track record of proactive communication and risk management.
• Strong facilitation and operating-rhythm skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for assigned feature and product launches
• Maintain the launch board as the single source of truth
• Establish and run efficient, action-oriented launch cadences
• Design and run internal and customer-facing change management
• Proactively identify blocked or at-risk work and coordinate solutions
• Define success metrics and monitor post-launch performance
• Build feedback loops to turn launch data into action
• Continuously improve the launch operating system
