Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Scrum Master to guide agile teams, remove impediments, and coach self-organization across sprint cycles. You will support the product owner and facilitat e ceremonies, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

In this role you will mentor developers, drive Scrum practices, and ensure alignment with stakeholders in the dynamic UAE market, delivering customer value through disciplined agile execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related discipline
• CSM Certification Work Experience
• 10+ years of relevant work experience
• Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum.
• Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not.
• Experience with successful Agile techniques
• Ability to work with and lead a team.
• Effective communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
• Help the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization.
• Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments.
• Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in the blanks in the Agile framework.
• Resolve conflicts and issues that occur.
• Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity.
• Share relevant and periodic updates on the sprints with relevant shareholders.
• Conduct retrospective exercise on the completion of each sprint.
