Job summary

PeopleGrove is seeking a seasoned SaaS Implementation Project Manager to lead full lifecycle deployments from discovery to go-live in a fast-paced environment. You will manage multiple client projects, craft detailed plans, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You will serve as the main client contact, document requirements, and drive risk management while facilitating workshops and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of SaaS implementation, project management, or consulting experience.
• Strong client-facing and relationship management skills.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Proficiency in project management planning and risk management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle SaaS implementations from discovery through go-live.
• Manage multiple concurrent client projects, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and track progress.
• Facilitate client workshops and requirements sessions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client project teams.
• Document processes, requirements, and configuration specifications.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Client Success teams for seamless handoffs.
