Job summary

Coral Business Solutions in Dubai is seeking an ERP Implementation Engineer with 2+ years of ERP deployment experience. You will work with customers and internal technical teams to understand requirements, configure ERP solutions, run tests, and deliver training and go-live support.

The role requires strong ERP knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate with developers and offshore teams to ensure on-time project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in ERP implementation, consulting, or a related role.
• Good understanding of ERP applications from both functional and technical perspectives.
• Hands-on experience with ERP implementation and configuration.
• Strong requirement-gathering and business process analysis skills.
• Experience conducting customer meetings, workshops, and end-user training.
• Ability to work effectively with developers and offshore technical teams.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong documentation and report-writing abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Good decision-making and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• UAE or GCC experience will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the ERP implementation and deployment process.
• Configure ERP applications based on approved customer requirements.
• Conduct end-user training for relevant ERP modules.
• Provide post-sales and post-implementation support.
• Gather, document, and analyze customer business requirements.
• Participate in business process analysis and customer workshops.
• Assist with ERP solution design, configuration, and integration activities.
• Work closely with developers, offshore teams, sales teams, technical consultants, and project managers.
• Participate in all stages of the ERP implementation lifecycle.
• Collect, validate, and prepare customer data for implementation.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing, validation, and go-live activities.
• Prepare user manuals, implementation documents, issue logs, customer query records, and resolution reports.
• Document business processes, workflows, and system configurations.
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers.
• Monitor implementation activities and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
• Support successful ERP project delivery within the approved scope and budget.
• Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on project progress, issues, and customer requirements.
