Job summary

Vetcove in the animal health space seeks an experienced SaaS implementation project manager to own end-to-end delivery from kickoff to go-live. You will be the primary liaison between veterinary clinics and internal teams, defining goals, success metrics, and deliverables while guiding clinics through migrations to the new platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years managing complex SaaS software implementation projects.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Willingness to travel to client sites up to 10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire implementation lifecycle from project planning to go-live.
• Act as the primary liaison between veterinary clinics and internal teams.
• Define project goals, success metrics, and deliverables.
• Guide clinics through workflow migrations to the new platform.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Deliver training and support clients through system configuration and data imports.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to launch new features within the implementation workflow.
