Job summary

Easygenerator, a fast-growing EdTech scale-up, is hiring a Contract Review Specialist to ensure every sales contract is accurate, compliant, and protects the business. You'll collaborate with legal and sales to keep deals moving confidently.

You will review, manage, and organize contracts, identify risks early, draft amendments, and stay current on SaaS regulations. Strong attention to detail and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized, with multi-tasking and deadline management.
• Flexibility to work shifted hours to support US customer base.

Responsibilities

• Contract review and compliance: Review and analyze sales contracts to meet legal and company standards; spot risks early and flag them.
• Contract management: Maintain and organize the repository of sales contracts; track milestones and renewals.
• Negotiation and sales support: Assist sales with inquiries, draft amendments protecting the company’s interests.
• Legal research: Stay updated on SaaS industry legal developments and share input on contract terms.
