Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in B2B sales, ideally in F&B, hospitality or SaaS.
• Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle end-to-end.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential restaurant partners through outbound research and outreach.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads using CRM and sales tools.
• Conduct market research to understand customer segments and competition.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signature.
• Deliver tailored product demos and presentations based on client needs.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently.
• Collaborate with Implementation and Revenue Operations for smooth handover.
