Job summary

Supy helps UAE restaurant groups optimize operations with a data-driven inventory platform. As Customer Success Manager, you will guide onboarding and adoption, ensuring smooth integration and measurable impact across multi-location sites.

You will own the post-sale lifecycle, build trusted relationships, and provide operational insights to optimize performance while pursuing renewal opportunities. This is a fast-growing SaaS role with strong regional growth potential.

Qualifications

3–5+ years in customer success or account management within B2B SaaS, hospitality tech or POS/restaurant tech.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, procurement and cost management.
Ability to manage multiple customer accounts effectively.
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision skills.
Familiarity with CRM and customer success tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight).

Responsibilities

Own onboarding and adoption, guiding restaurants through smooth integration and platform adoption.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders across restaurant teams.
Identify opportunities for account expansion and support renewal processes.
Monitor account health, proactively mitigate risks and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Track KPIs and deliver ROI-focused insights to customers and internal teams.
