Job summary

Amazon in Dubai is seeking an S&OP Manager to bridge business and operations, drive seamless planning, and optimize performance during peak and off-peak periods for customers and sellers.

You will lead cross-functional programs, present data-driven decisions to senior leadership, and scale forecasting, inventory management, and process automation.

The role requires strong program management, excellent written and verbal communication, and a proven ability to deliver complex projects across teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of team management experience.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of cross functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of delivering cross functional projects.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Set up robust processes to improve forecasting accuracy with an objective to minimize cost and maximize customer/seller experience.
• Support the business growth in constrained environments with frugal and innovative solutions.
• Make existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing available tools/automation.
• Roll out best practices from other geographies/ companies to minimize end to end supply chain losses.
• Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business operations and technical audiences.
• Program manage and drive decision making across cross functional teams and senior leadership.
