Job summary

Amazon in Dubai is seeking an S&OP Manager to bridge business and operations, drive seamless planning, and optimize performance during peak and off-peak periods for customers and sellers.

You will lead cross-functional programs, present data-driven decisions to senior leadership, and scale forecasting, inventory management, and process automation.

The role requires strong program management, excellent written and verbal communication, and a proven ability to deliver complex projects across teams.

• 3+ years of team management experience.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of cross functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of delivering cross functional projects.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

The S&OP manager acts as a bridge between business and operations teams and is responsible for seamless business planning and execution during peak and off peak periods while maximizing customer/seller experience. This role involves driving critical decisions with cross functional teams and senior leadership and demands strong program management skills along-with an ability to drive data driven discussions. The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical planning and written/verbal communication skills along with preferred experience in Forecasting Sales & Operations Planning and Inventory management.

RESPONSIBILITIES
