Client of Blue Hat HR Services LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Project Accountant to manage GL, AP, AR and project costing for large construction projects. You will supervise monthly closings, ensure compliant documentation, and drive accurate revenue recognition using POC principles.

The role requires GCC experience, Russian fluency, and strong ERP competency to support audit processes and month-end reporting across diverse regional practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• Minimum 5 years of total accounting experience.
• Minimum 3+ years GCC experience in construction/contracting/Oil & Gas/EPC.
• Fluent Russian language required.
• UAE/GCC practices and compliance experience essential.
• Revenue recognition using POC method understanding.

Responsabilités

• Manage GL, AP, AR and project account reconciliations.
• Perform monthly closings and prepare financial reports.
• Maintain supporting documentation and VO/cache tracking.
• Apply POC method and distinguish from invoicing.
• Handle unbilled revenue, accruals, and WIP accounting.
• Track project costs and cost allocations per project.
• Recognize retention, advance payments, and progress billing.
• Ensure UAE VAT filing and audit readiness.
