Client of Blue Hat HR Services LLC in Dubai seeks a Russian-speaking lawyer with strong commercial and contract law experience. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of total legal experience, including at least 3 years within the GCC, with UAE market experience preferred.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years total legal experience
• Minimum 3 years GCC legal experience
• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent
• Experience in commercial contracts and tender review
• Fluent Russian language skills and strong English communication

Responsabilidades

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts
• Review tenders, tender documents, and related legal requirements
• Provide legal advice on commercial and contractual matters
• Identify contractual risks and recommend appropriate actions
• Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions
• Review agreements, amendments, and other legal documents
• Support contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and business partners
• Ensure contractual terms align with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate legal records and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams and external legal parties
