Job summary

Amazon MEA region is seeking a Senior ACES Program Manager III for the MEATR operations team in the UAE. The role focuses on on-floor time and motion studies, cost and productivity optimization, and delivering quality and delivery experience for Rush last mile.

You will own the quality roadmap, drive cross-functional programs with DEX, Finance, Tech and Ops, build dashboards, and prepare 6-pagers for leadership. 5+ years of PM experience and a Bachelor's degree are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own quality and delivery experience improvement roadmap.
• Collaborate with DEX and Speed on program launches.
• Conduct data-driven pilot and expansion evaluations.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders (DEX, Finance, Tech, Ops).
• Build scalable mechanisms (WBRs, dashboards).
• Work with finance BPs on planning cycles (OP1, QxG, 3YF).
• Write 6-pagers/narratives.
