Job summary

You will identify automation opportunities, prioritize use cases, translate requirements into scalable AI-powered workflows, and measure success with clear KPIs. You will collaborate with data scientists, IT, and automation developers to ensure agile delivery and ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience with RPA and AI integration for enterprise workflows.
• Familiar with NLP, OCR and ML concepts for automation.
• Proven ability to define roadmaps and manage agile backlog.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for intelligent automation.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact automation use cases.
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT, data scientists and developers.
• Translate requirements into user stories, criteria and KPIs.
• Deliver agile software and continuously improve processes.
• Evaluate AI models and integrate third-party services.
