Job summary

Tanqeeb in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Product Manager to lead end-to-end automation products built on UiPath, aligning with business goals and customer needs.

You will identify automation opportunities, prioritize use cases, translate requirements into scalable AI-powered workflows, and measure success with clear KPIs. You will collaborate with data scientists, IT, and automation developers to ensure agile delivery and ROI.

Qualifications

Role Overview: The Product Manager leads the end-to-end lifecycle of automation products built on platforms like UiPath, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs. They identify automation opportunities, prioritize use cases, and translate requirements into scalable AI-powered workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy s Vision
  • Define the roadmap for intelligent automation solutions combining RPA and AI (e.g., document understanding, process mining, chatbots).
  • Align product initiatives with business value, ROI, and digital transformation objectives.
• Use Case Identification s Prioritization
  • Identify high-impact automation opportunities across business functions.
  • Evaluate processes for automation feasibility using AI capabilities such as NLP, OCR, and machine learning.
• Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, data scientists, and automation developers.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and ensure solutions address real user pain points.
• Product Development s Delivery
  • Work closely with developers using UiPath tools (Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center).
  • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
  • Ensure agile delivery and continuous improvement.
• AI Integration s Innovation
  • Incorporate AI technologies (e.g., predictive analytics, intelligent document processing).
  • Evaluate and integrate third-party AI models or services where needed.
• Performance Monitoring s Optimization
  • Track KPIs such as automation rate, cost savings, accuracy, and user satisfaction.
  • Continuously refine processes based on data insights.
