Job summary

Amazon is seeking an ACES Program Manager for AMET operations to optimize OTR and routing processes in last-mile delivery. You will own cross-functional program work, defining requirements, and driving improvements with data-driven decisions.

You will lead affinity, OTR, and workload initiatives, partner with tech and business teams, and balance customer experience with cost impact while navigating ambiguity with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years of program or project management experience.
• 3 years of cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3 years of defining and implementing data-driven process improvements.
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to improve.
• 3 years of leading end-to-end delivery and reporting to senior leadership.
• 3 years of driving process improvements.
• Experience in stakeholder management with multiple stakeholders at varied levels.
• Experience building processes, project management and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Drive affinity up across DSPs and DAs.
• Provide tools to support Central Ops.
• Build and monitor the driver affinity metric weekly.
• Discuss trends and anomalies of the affinity metric.
• SME for OTR (On The Road) operations, focusing on on-road experience and standards.
• Collaborate with Tech/Science teams to enhance route planning systems.
• Influence Route Planning teams to build fair and sustainable delivery routes.
