DE L A N O Dubai seeks a Junior Supervisor at Rose Bar to back the day-to-day operations, guiding the floor team with a refined, approachable style. You will ensure service standards are met while maintaining DELANO's distinctive luxury experience.

You'll work closely with leadership, grow as a supervisor, and help deliver memorable guest moments in a high-energy, luxury setting on Bluewaters Island.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury/hospitality experience and readiness for leadership.
• Strong guest-focused service mindset aligned with DELANO standards.
• Solid knowledge of beverage and food operations and service sequence.
• Organised, attentive and able to maintain standards in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across bar, kitchen and floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in delivering warm, personalised service reflecting DELANO’s luxury style.
• Support smooth daily operations; monitor service flow and guest experience.
• Provide hands-on guidance to the team during service and maintain standards.
• Ensure correct sequence of service, presentation and standards with a relaxed feel.
• Build genuine guest relationships; anticipate needs and create memorable experiences.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and recommend beverages and foods.
• Help the team in recommending beverages and experiences to enhance revenue.
• Support opening/closing procedures, mise-en-place and station readiness.
• Coordinate with bar, kitchen and F&B teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Respond to guest feedback promptly and escalate when needed.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, grooming and health & safety standards.
