Job summary

Delano Dubai on Bluewaters Island seeks an experienced food & beverage professional to lead guest experience and floor operations in a luxury setting.

You will supervise service flow, guide the team, and maintain high standards of presentation, hygiene, and guest interaction across Rose Bar.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel, high-end bar, or lifestyle hospitality.
• Emerging leadership with floor supervision potential.
• Guest-focused service balancing polish with authentic personality.
• Strong F&B knowledge including beverages and cocktails is a plus.
• Operational confidence in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Relevant hospitality qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example delivering warm, intuitive, personalised service.
• Support daily operations and monitor service flow.
• Provide hands-on guidance to the team during service.
• Maintain service sequence, presentation and standards.
• Engage guests and build lasting relationships.
• Maintain strong beverage and food knowledge.
• Support opening/closing procedures and mise-en-place.
• Coordinate with bar, kitchen and FOH teams.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve issues.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, grooming and safety standards.
