Qualifications

• Luxury hospitality experience in luxury hotel, fine dining, or exclusive beach club.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in refined guest interactions.
• Familiarity with luxury hotel operations and service protocols.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent preferred.
• Personality and authentic engagement are highly valued at DELANO Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Bar support: restock ice, glassware, garnishes, and beverages to keep the bar operating smoothly.
• Prepare and organize beverage ingredients and tools for service readiness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization around the bar area and dispose of waste properly.
• Collaborate with bartenders, waitstaff, and kitchen teams for smooth coordination.
• Support front-of-house and back-of-house teams during service and events to uphold service excellence.
• Respond to guest requests to enhance their experience and comfort.
