Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to lead a multi-property housekeeping operation within InterContinental Dubai Festival City and Crowne Plaza brands. You will manage public areas, rooms, laundry, and staff uniforms, coaching a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and 3+ years in a similar position within luxury properties.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal leadership skills.
• Ideally holding a Hospitality Management qualification or related field.
• Strong knowledge of policies and procedures related to housekeeping and luxury brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a full housekeeping department including public areas, laundry, rooms, and staff uniforms.
• Schedule inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and high standards.
• Coach and develop a team, addressing VIP requests and special guest needs.
• Maintain inventory, budgeting, and cost control to support profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and hygiene standards.
