Job summary
Parsons seeks an Assistant Resident Engineer – Roads in Dubai to lead site supervision for major road and infrastructure packages. You will support the Resident Engineer in technical supervision, contract administration, quality monitoring and progress control, coordinating with contractors and inspectors to meet safety and performance standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 10 years of post‑graduate experience in site supervision and construction management.
- Demonstrated UAE experience supervising major road, highway, community development or general infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Resident Engineer with daily administration and supervision of road, highway, and infrastructure works.
- Deputise for the Resident Engineer when assigned and maintain site leadership during absence.
- Apply contractual and administrative requirements contained in approved contract documents.
