Job summary

Expleo in Dubai is seeking a Programme Manager for Robotic Lifecycle Management (RLM) to lead end-to-end delivery from scoping to post-go-live stabilisation. You will own planning, coordinate across planning, merchandising, supply chain, and technology, and drive data readiness and analytics initiatives with AWS and platform partners.

The role requires 8-10 years in program or project management within retail tech or supply chain, plus hands-on experience with RLM platforms such as Blue Yonder

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in program or project management within retail technology, supply chain, or merchandising operations.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end retail lifecycle processes including planning, pricing, assortment, and replenishment.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery programs involving RLM, planning, or supply chain platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management of RLM initiatives from scoping to deployment and stabilisation.
• Lead delivery of Price Optimisation and IST with the AWS partner; shape the roadmap for the broader RLM scope.
• Ensure data-readiness across RLM modules with data/tech teams for planning, optimisation and analytics.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and milestones across active RLM workstreams.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; drive timely resolution and report progress to leadership.
• Coordinate activities across planning, merchandising, supply chain, and technology to ensure aligned execution.
