Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate work experience.
• 1+ years experience in chart retrieval or provider outreach.
• 1+ years of experience in Healthcare Operations.
• 2+ years of experience being held to and accomplishing goals.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations including medical record retrieval, provider outreach, and researching contact information.
• Create provider level reports and presentations.
• Maintain grasp of medical records inventory and deliverables to ensure goals are met.
• Make outreach to internal and external partners to improve retrieval goals.
• Represent Risk Adjustment to internal and external partners.
• Monitor, track, and status inventory.
• Develop understanding of day-to-day workflows and internal tools.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
