Job summary

Diverge Health is seeking a detail‑oriented Operations Analyst to lead end-to-end roster operations and analytics in Dubai. You will review contracts, gatekeep payer submissions, and build network insights to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, data and analytics, or healthcare operations.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills for managing large, complex datasets.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret trends and translate findings into actionable summaries.
• Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end roster operations, including contract accuracy review and payer submission gatekeeping.
• Build and sustain expertise across market practices, provider hierarchies, and payer alignments.
• Produce network maps, analytics, and insights to inform strategy.
• Manage complex Excel-based rosters and maintain data across Salesforce and SharePoint.
• Partner with Technology teams to support system design, UAT, and build validation for roster data.
• Identify and redesign inefficient network operations workflows.
• Collaborate with Practice Operations to gather updates and support new practice onboarding.
