Oscar is seeking a detail‑oriented Operations Associate to support medical records retrieval, provider outreach, and data reporting. You will help maintain inventories, research contact information, and present provider level reports to stakeholders.

The role focuses on achieving retrieval goals while ensuring regulatory compliance. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or related experience, with 1+ years in chart retrieval and healthcare operations, and a track record of meeting

• 1+ years experience in chart retrieval or provider outreach.
• 1+ years of experience in Healthcare Operations.
• 2+ years of experience being held to and accomplishing goals.
