Job summary

Oscar is seeking a results-driven professional to support our provider network operations in Dubai. The role focuses on negotiating SCAs, reviewing provider contracts, and leveraging data to inform contracting strategies and cost management.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in provider network roles, 1+ years in health insurance, and experience handling large data sets. Collaboration with Claims and Credentialing teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in provider network operations, contracting, or provider services.
• 1+ years of experience in Health Insurance (Individual and/or Medicare Advantage) or the healthcare industry.
• 1+ years experience navigating and organizing large data sets such as claim files and provider rosters.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate Single Case Agreements (SCAs) with healthcare providers.
• Conduct reviews and analyses of assigned provider contracts.
• Utilize data and analytics of provider financial issues to inform decisions.
• Support implementation of contracting policies and workflows.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics for network performance, cost, and provider satisfaction.
• Ensure timely and professional resolution of provider issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers.
• Support provider onboarding, training, and resource distribution.
• Collaborate with Claims, Credentialing, and Contracting teams.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
