Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced revenue operations manager to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets, and you will audit pipeline hygiene while building dashboards relied upon by sales and marketing leadership.

This fully remote role offers 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start. Compensation is $100/hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue or CRM operations with hands-on ownership of field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets.
• Auditing pipeline hygiene and building funnel dashboards that sales and marketing leadership rely on.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
