Four Seasons is seeking a Manager, Revenue Projects – EMEA based in Dubai to drive regional revenue initiatives and strategic projects. You will work with regional revenue leaders to develop pricing, distribution, and performance analytics across the portfolio and collaborate with hotels to translate insights into action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum two years of Revenue Management, Reservations, or related experience.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, GOPPAR to identify trends and opportunities.
• Evaluate market intelligence and competitor pricing to inform strategy.
• Support pricing, distribution, and channel optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data accuracy and commercial performance.
• Assist with revenue system audits and setup for new openings.
